We collect the account details you provide (such as your name and email) and the resume content you create. We also collect newsletter details when you submit them. Optional product analytics is off until you allow it.

Analytics choices

PostHog browser analytics is disabled by default. You can allow, decline, or later disable it using theanalytics preferences page. The choice applies only to the current Resumez site in this browser; it is not shared with other Resumez sites, devices, or your account. Disabling browser analytics does not disable authentication, security, or necessary operational processing.

Service providers

Resumez uses service providers for application hosting and data, authentication, email delivery, file storage, and—only after browser opt-in—product analytics. A finalized policy must identify applicable providers, retention, legal bases, transfers, and controller details.
